Knowledge is not everything.
In all the projects I work on, I use my skills to reach the goals. My method is to obtain all the data, prioritize and visualize them in an easy way to see trends and opportunities. Then, identify the from/to situation and resources needed. I believe that in every project sharing information with the rest of the team and task follow-up is the key to succeed.
I know how to break down a complex problem into simple components and solve them considering different perspectives.
I like to use the 5 I’s process to take decisions: Issue, Information, Insights, Idea and Implementation.
As an engineer, I believe that proper planning guarantees the success of a project.
